Ultrafiltration Membrane is a microporous filtration membrane with a rated pore size of 0.001-0.02 micron. When appropriate pressure is applied to one side of the membrane, solute molecules smaller than the pore size can be screened out to separate particles with a molecular weight greater than 500 Dalton and a particle size greater than 2-20 nm. 1. Preparation of mineral water and sterile water

In the process of mineral water accumulation, a large number of minerals beneficial to human health are dissolved, while some harmful substances such as suspended solids, organic bacteria and Escherichia coli are mixed in. It is recommended to use ultrafiltration membrane to treat mineral water. 2. Tap water purification:

Due to the deficiency of traditional tap water treatment technology, especially the secondary pollution of tap water pipe network, the water quality of tap water is deteriorating day by day, and drinking water pollution is harmful to people's health and easy to cause diseases. 4. Manufacture of sterile liquid and food and beverage:

Turbidity removal and sterilization of low-alcohol liquor: The ultrafiltration membrane used to treat low-alcohol liquor has many functions such as filtration sterilization, sterilization and aging, etc. It can reduce the spicy, bitter and offensive substances in liquor, but increase the ester substances that produce flavor. In a short period of treatment, chemical and physical changes that can only be completed in natural cellar for half a year or even several years can be achieved, and Ultrafiltration Membrane Treatment accelerates the association of oxidation and esterification.


B. Refining of fruit wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages. The wine often contains residual yeast, miscellaneous bacteria and colloids, which lead to precipitation. After industrial ultrafiltration systems, not only the clarity of the wine is improved, but also the taste of the wine is improved to a certain extent, making the entrance sweet and refreshing, thus avoiding the precipitation of turbid substances caused by heating sterilization.


C. Purifying tea juice to prepare concentrated tea. Tea water extracted from tea leaves often contains a lot of solid impurities, which can't be completely removed by traditional mechanical filtration technology, so it is difficult to produce pure instant tea. However, powder instant tea can be obtained after ultrafiltration membrane clarification and RO membrane concentration and spray drying. The tea made from this tea powder is clear, transparent and fresh in taste.


5. Medical and pharmaceutical applications:

A. Injection, infusion in addition to heat source. At present, the intravenous glucose and sodium chloride aqueous solution commonly used in medical institutions will cause the temperature of the recipient to rise if it contains a heat source, while the medicine treated by Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membrane can obviously improve the quality of the liquid medicine.


Concentrated human serum albumin. 25% human placental albumin for intravenous injection is usually prepared by ammonium salt precipitation method or concentrated by cold combination method. This method is not only energy-consuming, time-consuming, easy to pollute, but also easy to cause albumin to form some polymers. However, Using ultrafiltration membrane to concentrate and desalt human placental albumin, the separation rate was over 98%, with shorter time, less pollution and higher efficiency.
